Job Opportunity: Temporary Call Center Representative We are seeking Temporary Call Center Representatives for a fully onsite assignment in Worcester, MA. This opportunity begins in November 2025 and runs through January 31, 2026. We will train This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment where you will be answering questions on insurance eligibility payment information. Key Responsibilities Handle 50-60 inbound and outbound calls per day in a courteous and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving inquiries efficiently. Accurately document call details, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the system. Follow all company policies, procedures, and training guidelines. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a structured, metrics-driven environment. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center, or equivalent high-volume, phone-based customer service experience. Comfortable working in a sedentary, phone-based role for extended periods. Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Additional Information Start Date: November 17, 2025 Top performers may be eligible for alternative shifts (8 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-5 PM) after training. Temporary position ending January 31, 2026.
