Ready to steer your career in the right direction ? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator for our client in Jonestown, PA. Join our team and partner with a global toy and family entertainment company known for its long-term success and stellar reputation

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and routing customer shipments ; as well as preparing and completing all necessary paperwork for each shipment. Additional daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Document and maintain records of shipments
  • Communicating with internal/external customers as needed
  • Utilize various systems to print and prepare all necessary paperwork for product shipments
  • Prepare and coordinate all necessary documents for customer manifests, bill of lading, and any other related documents
  • Coordinates with the warehouse operations team to ensure successful scheduling of customer shipments
  • Manage and handle various customer needs or inquiries throughout the day
  • Follows processes and procedures for each customer

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year or more of related experience in the transportation or distribution field
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and teamwork mindset
  • Strong organizational, math, communication, analytical, computer, and reasoning skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
