As a Automotive Tech Support Rep for Dorman Products at our Powertrain Industries location, you will be responsible for the complete handling of customer orders and answering technical questions.

PRIMARY DUTIES: •Fulfill promises made to customers 100% of the time or notify them of changes •Pro-actively track customer orders to ensure on-time shipping •Handle arrangements for shipment of product •Answer phones providing feedback to customers as requested •Tech line phone support including quality control follow up •Work with material and production groups as needed to alert customers of potential backorders •Ability to learn products, multiple systems and customer portals •Maintain accurate work Instructions as customer requirements or processes change •Other duties as assigned
