Business Analyst GovCIO is currently hiring for a remote Business Analyst to support the EPA. Responsibilities include providing Tier 1/2 Help Desk Support for the EPA Next Generation Grant System, managing ServiceNow helpdesk tickets, investigating and resolving issues, and supporting testing activities. Secondary responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, supporting requirements development, and working with technical teams on custom application development. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of IT business analysis experience, 3+ years' experience in Help Desk Support, 3+ years of application operations support, experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or a Salesforce CRM platform, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
