Job Title : OSINT Analyst
The United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) is the theater army assigned as the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). USARPAC provides continuous oversight and control of Army operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater and has jurisdiction over Army forces serving in Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), the Pacific Ocean, South Korea, and Japan. USARPAC provides United States Code (U.S.C.) Title 10 support to USARPAC forces and personnel within the theater and is the Joint Forces Land Component Commander (JFLCC) to USINDOPACOM.
Qualifications:
3+ years Intelligence analysis experience
Experience with Asia-Pacific politics, foreign policy, military, and trending threats
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC)’s mission, policy, structure, and capabilities
Knowledge of national and service-specific OSINT policy and regulations
Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content into a coherent, logical argument
Ability to apply a range of research techniques to gather relevant information
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Active TS/SCI clearance
HS Graduate or equivalent with the required experience
Additional Qualifications :
Knowledge of the Asia-Pacific area of operations (AOR) – highly desired
Additional community-recognized OSINT certifications such as CASO - preferred
This full-time position is Monday through Friday and operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Limited travel may be required.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
