Technical Recruiter

Invexer Technology, Inc. seeks a FT Technical Recruiter to identify, screen, recruit IT talents & run the company’s HR. Specific duties/responsibilities include: Write and post technical job descriptions. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Source and recruit talented technical individuals (Software Engineers, JAVA developers, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, QA testers, etc.). Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring need. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professional. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products. Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. Manage and coordinate trainings for all employees. Maintain and update company’s policies and procedures. Handle daily workplace employee issues and labor relations. Maintain HR records. Manage company’s compensation packages. Any job duties and tasks assigned by the CEO to support the company’s general operation. Master’s degree in HR or management related and 12 months experience in job offered or related.
