**About the Role**:

We are in search of a Node.js Developer to join our talented engineering team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in crafting applications using Node.js and possess a deep passion for developing new, innovative products. A penchant for innovation, adaptability, systemic thinking, and a drive to continuously produce high-quality code in collaboration with the team is what we're after.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end web applications.
- Test solutions and ensure their continued optimal performance.
- Architect, discuss, design, and implement systems ranging from simple sign-up forms to intricate back-office platforms.
- Enhance our test infrastructure and improve test coverage.
- Engage in technical and product discussions with the team.
- Design user interactions on web pages and develop RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to implement web design features.
- Oversee a project from its inception to completion, ensuring both technical and consumer needs are met.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in web applications and programming languages.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack software development with Node.js and JavaScript.
- Profound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Test-Driven Development, and other development methodologies.
- Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with microservice-based architectures.
- Expertise in developing high-performance RESTful APIs and applications.
- Skilled in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Flexibility to switch between languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, C#, Python, Go, cloud services, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Bonus: Experience in payment solutions and the financial industry.
