**Description**

Who You Are...

You are a Class A CDL driver that enjoys being responsible for operating and maintaining a delivery truck and/or trailer, being the face of the Company while completing daily deliveries to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

* Provide accurate and on-time deliveries to customers

* Load/Unload of trucks after material and receiver are inspected

* Prep and package precast product for shipment as needed

* Complete operator safety checklist on truck prior to use

* Comply with all maintenance and preventative maintenance requirements

* Complete daily log/mileage books accurately and legibly

* Operate a truck crane to load and unload products

* Excellent customer service with on-time deliveries

* Promote a culture of proactive safety

* Maintain shipping board

* Assist with placing precast product in yard location

* Provide accurate, detailed, and timely paperwork and reports to management

* Proactively maintain your own housekeeping and keep vehicle clean

* Perform other duties as assigned

**Minimum Requirements**

* Class A CDL

* Crane experience preferred

* 3 years OTR experience preferred

* Must be able to pass a drivers background check

* Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

* Good visual acuity

* Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently

* Basic math skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work overtime hours when necessary as workload dictates, including weekdays and weekends

* A high degree of reliability, accountability, professionalism and the ability to work with minimal supervision
