Work Type: 1.0 FTE (full-time, 80 hours biweekly)

SUMMARY
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and servicing Hospital building areas; moving furniture, equipment, and supplies in and around Hospital departments; and performing a variety of housekeeping duties to maintain the Hospital in an orderly and sanitary condition.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Requires a high school diploma/GED or one year previous job experience required in lieu of high school diploma/GED.
2. Previous floor care experience preferred.
3. Driving a company vehicle (or personal vehicle, as required) is a requirement of the position, and as a condition of employment this position requires the job holder to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
a. Valid PA driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance coverage required.
b. Driving records are obtained prior to new hire starting and are checked intermittently as needed but not less than every three years.
4. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
