Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview An Order Fulfillment Associate performs a variety of shipping, invoicing, and inventory duties under minimal supervision in support of Archroma's operations. Responsibilities Picks, ships and invoices daily orders Reviews pricing accuracy on invoices prior to shipping Updates a physical inventory routinely Performs a variety of routine swatch production procedures Operates required equipment according to established safety procedures Generates and evaluates color swatches visually and instrumentally to ensure conformance to customer's requirements Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED At least two years of related experience preferred Basic computer skills including Outlook email Familiarity with shipping systems with or without the assistance of a calculator Attention to detail is critical Proven history of regular and timely attendance Willing and able to learn simple industry technologies Able to understand and follow basic instructions for order picking, invoicing, shipping, and production Physical Demands Able to stand and walk for extended periods Use of hands to reach, grasp, feel, push and pull Able to lift up to 30 pounds often Use of close vision under artificial light Seniority Level Entry Level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Other Industries Chemical Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
