Description:
The main function of a business operations analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects, above an administrative level but below a management level. This specific position will be responsible for working as a Chargeback and Membership analyst in a client's Model N system for a cleanup project. The scope of the project will be to work in a team to review 20k customer records to ensure accurate DEAs, HINs, 340B ID, names, addresses and class of trade.
Required:
Knowledge of chargeback identifiers, membership rosters, and class of trade a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
Ability to push through obstacles to achieve objectives is needed for this position.
Class of trade and Chargeback Identifier knowledge.
Ability to use Model N systems.
Excel data management activities.
