Description Our Customer Service Representatives are friendly, dedicated, hardworking, punctual, and compassionate. The ideal candidate will have a people AND pet first mentality. The position can be fast paced so the ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and remain focused on customer service. Our CSR's are the face of the practice. Position Responsibilities Provide concise, friendly service Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to diffuse demanding situations Educate clients on animal wellness Consistently answer the phones in a warm manner Schedule DVM and tech appointments using Cornerstone Accurately complete documents each shift Filing paperwork timely and efficiently Provide excellent customer service Achieve performance goals Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma Proficient with Microsoft Office Basic math skills Ability to multi-task Professional work ethic At least 2 years in customer service Time management and problem solving Ability to adapt to change Experience with Cornerstone software is a plus Physical and Environmental Factors Inside a veterinary practice that mainly sees dogs and cats May have to assist with bringing animals to the back for treatment or bring them out to the clients Sitting for up to 8-10 hours at a computer Typing and using a mouse Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
