What You'll Do: As our HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team, enabling them to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. You'll manage our HR initiatives in collaboration with the HR Director, ensuring our organization thrives as we work towards our vision. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership, planning, project coordination, and oversight of the human resources department and its functions while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and contract requirements.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent business field. 5+ experience in Human Resources with 3+ years of Human Resources management experience PHR (Professionals in Human Resources) or SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) certification is a plus but not required. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
