Description Evergreen North America is a leading provider of environmental and industrial cleaning solutions to the downstream and midstream energy sectors. We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation. We currently have openings in our Chemical Cleaning Division. Duties Responsible for overall direction and execution of assigned projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Chemical Cleaning Divisions mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management business process and organizational planning. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Branch and Support Services (HR, Safety, Finance, etc.), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between Branches/Support and Business functions. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Oversee overall operational management, planning, systems and controls. Management of Division budget in coordination with Executive Management. Development of individual Project Managers. Organization of Divisional documents. Regular meetings with Executive Management regarding Division operation and planning. Assist sales team with ongoing prospect goals. Oversee project budgeting and invoicing. Manage project cost controls. Direct Liaison with Customer and Projects. Requirements College degree or 8 years experience with increasing supervisory experience. Experience in Chemical Cleaning/Industrial Management. Demonstrated experience in at least 3 product line service classifications.
