Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, including process improvement, quality control, and project management.

This is a full-time, paid internship for the duration of the summer (approx. 10-12 weeks), with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
  • Support the design and implementation of new equipment and tools
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure product standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
Education, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

Education and Work Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (required)
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency with CAD programs and analytical software
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with associates from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong desire to learn, curious, and motivated by possibilities.
