**About the team**

Unsere gastronomischen Schaupltze befinden sich in Adliswil, Rschlikon und Zrich und decken ein breites Spektrum an Dienstleistungen ab. Unser gastronomisches Herzstck, das Klubhaus, befindet sich am Mythenquai in Zrich. Unter einem Dach vereint das Klubhaus im Campus-Mythenquai insgesamt sieben effizient organisierte gastronomische Teilkonzepte. Auf dem Dach befindet sich der Dachgarten, auf dem Swiss Re Gastronomy neben hauseigenem Honig auch Gemse, Kruter, Blten und Salate zum sofortigen Eigengebrauch und fr haltbare Kioskartikel und Giveaways anbaut.

Im Gsterestaurant K2 mit 90 Sitzpltzen bleiben keine gastronomischen Wnsche offen. Ruhig, diskret, charmant und professionell werden hier die Beziehungen zwischen internationalen Kunden und der Geschftsleitung der Swiss Re gepflegt. Es ist der Ort der kompromisslos gelebten Gastfreundschaft, der die Wertschtzung der Swiss Re fr ihr generell berdurchschnittliches Engagement in der gastronomischen Sprache zum Ausdruck bringt. Basierend auf unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie werden wir beweisen, dass Spitzengastronomie und Sorgetragen zu kosystem und Menschen keine Gegenstze sind, sondern sich gegenseitig beflgeln. Neben dem modernen Restaurantbetrieb wird auch ein breites Spektrum von Anlssen ausgefhrt. Vom Aperitif, ber Gala Diner und Kochevent bis hin zu Catering und Roomservice verwhnen wir unsere Gste sowohl innerhalb der Swiss Re Gebuden als auch an externen Lokationen.

**Hauptaufgaben und was wir von Ihnen erwarten**

Zur Untersttzung unseres Kchenteams, bestehend aus rund 7 Mitarbeitenden, suchen wir einen Chef de partie der sich folgenden Herausforderungen stellt:

Mitverantwortlich fr ein professionellen, kreative und nachhaltige Durchfhrung von la carte und Bankettservice

Gemeinsam mit ihren Teamkollegen gestalten sie neue Wege fr die Umsetzung unserer Global Strategy for Sustainable Gastronomy mit.

* Auf our path to Zero Waste vermeiden Sie jegliches Wegwerfen von Essen in der Kche und bei den Gsten, Prinzipien wie Root to Leave und Nose to Tail setzen wir aktiv um.

* Auf our path to Net-Zero Emissions setzen wir auf eine kreative pflanzenbasierte Kche als Fundament der Mengestaltung.

* Auf our path to Resilient Food Systems legen wir Wert auf Partnerschaften mit innovativen und zukunftsorientierten Produzenten, deren sorgetragender Umgang mit Bden, Pflanzen, Tieren und Menschen eine Regeneration von kosystemen und sozialen Gemeinschaften ermglicht.

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Koch

3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (exklusive Lehrzeit) in renommierten Betrieben

Flexibel, engagiert, belastbar, initiativ und motiviert

Erfahrung im Bereich der nachhaltigen Kche

Gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen
