*Job Summary* The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and driving strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training development. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of human capital management to align HR strategies with business goals. *Duties* - Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. - Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring effective talent acquisition and onboarding practices. - Lead training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Manage employee evaluation processes, ensuring fair and constructive feedback mechanisms are in place. - Facilitate employee orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company effectively. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights on employee relations and performance management. - Utilize HR systems such as UltiPro and PeopleSoft for efficient data management and reporting. - Negotiate employment contracts and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within the workforce. - Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks associated with employment practices. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a strong background in human capital management. - Demonstrated expertise in training development, employee evaluation, and performance management processes. - Proficiency in using HR software systems such as UltiPro and PeopleSoft. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Strong negotiation skills with experience in resolving complex employee relations issues. - A strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with overall business goals while fostering an inclusive workplace environment. - A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) are preferred. This position is essential for driving organizational success through effective human resource practices, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, skilled, and aligned with our mission.
