SalesBizLab We are is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information regarding company products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Log call details, customer information, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily call volume targets and quality standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or a call center setting is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage a high call volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and patience to handle challenging customer interactions effectively.
