Call Center Representative

SalesBizLab We are is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Pay Range:
$1100 - $1250 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information regarding company products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Log call details, customer information, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily call volume targets and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or a call center setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a high call volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
