Civil Engineer - Project Manager, Johnstown, PA Office

Job Summary:
The EADS Group, Inc. which began operation in 1955 has an immediate opening for a full-time Civil Engineer - Project Manager in our Johnstown, PA Office.

This position will support our current clients and workload which includes municipal engineering. Position is responsible for client and project management, development of design deliverables, mentor design team, and other project delivery activities.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years' experience with an emphasis in project management in Municipal Engineering/Storm Water Management, or Site Development projects. Qualifications include experience with regulatory permitting, engineering calculations, engineering design, drawing preparation, funding administration, project cost estimating and proficiency in the use of engineering software including Autodesk Civil 3D. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania, and excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
