Tread Labs products help people live fuller lives by improving mobility. Our insoles and footwear increase comfort, relieve pain, and improve athletic performance. Our rapidly growing business sells direct to consumers through our branded website as well as through Amazon and wholesale channels. We are located just north of Boston in Woburn, MA.

We seek an energetic Customer Success Specialist who loves exceeding customers expectations. Your ability to help our customers get what they need will help build the Tread Labs brand. This role is critical to our business and has potential for growth.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

Youll be responsible for:

* Successfully exceeding our customers expectations for all inbound customer service inquiries through phone, email, social channels and in-person.

* Responding to customer reviews and questions (website and Amazon store).

* Helping the team understand current customer concerns and creating solutions to improve our customers brand experience.

* Product testing team recruitment, surveying, communication, and follow-up.

* Reporting on key metrics related to customer service and highlighting trends.

* Day-to-day needs of the office including ordering supplies and various other administrative tasks.

**Requirements and Qualifications (prioritized)**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to deliver impeccable customer service.

* Flexibility the willingness to lend a hand when needed. We are a small team, and we all pitch in as necessary to get the work done. A true desire to support each other is fundamental to the way we work.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

* 1-3 years experience in customer service, preferably footwear, outdoor, athletic or health related products.

* Bachelors or Associates degree in communications, marketing, English, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.

* Ability to learn new software including Shopify, Cin7, Loop, Trello, Exchange It, etc.
