Join to apply for the Business Analyst role at Hennig. The Business Analyst will provide support to the Hennig ERP solution; this requires knowledge and resolution of short?term and long?term issues. The Business Analyst maintains a high level of understanding of the business needs and system functionality to provide the strategic direction to support the overall business, company, and corporate objectives. Responsibilities Responsible for upgrading and testing ERP modules to help troubleshoot daily issues for each department Understand companywide processes and help utilize the ERP to achieve the long?term objectives of the business Communicate with other Analysts to ensure proper integration of process changes and functionality between the different business units Monitor ERP updates and releases to determine necessary changes in processes and/or procedures Provide support and training for all system users Requirements Bachelors degree preferably in a computer related field. May substitute experience in place of a degree 3 years minimum experience in a related role and/or field, preferably in a manufacturing environment Business process knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Financial/Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Engineering Willingness to travel between locations (Rockford IL area) as needed Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry Experience with SQL databases and writing complex queries Strong verbal and written communication skills Skilled in organization, coordination, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution Ability to work well in a team environment Seniority Level Mid?Senior level Employment Type Full?time Job Function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Machinery Manufacturing Location: Rockford, IL | Salary: $40,000.00?$60,000.00 (posted 2 months ago) Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hennig by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
