Position Overview : As a Servicing Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized financial guidance and support to our valued clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Servicing Financial Advisor. The Servicing Advisor will work closely with senior advisors and assist them in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, eager to learn about the financial markets, and wants to develop a successful career and reputation in financial advisory and wealth management.

This role does not require prospecting. The Servicing Advisor will manage the relationships for senior Advisors. Bonuses will be tied to retention and new assets of existing clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Support Senior Financial Advisors: Assist senior advisors in gathering client data, conducting financial analyses, developing personalized financial plans, and preparing materials for client meetings.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, monitor market trends, and evaluate financial products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing their inquiries, and proactively identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable investment strategies so clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in managing client portfolios, including asset allocation, investment selection and performance, and regular portfolio reviews.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior advisors to create customized financial plans for clients, including education funding, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, economic indicators, regulatory changes, and financial products/services to provide up-to-date and relevant advice to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant records and documentation.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry best practices. Pursue relevant certifications or licenses as required or recommended for career advancement.

Requirements

Qualifications :
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or progress toward obtaining them is a plus.
  • Series 65 and 7 are required for this role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Abilities: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial information, conduct research, and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial calculations, reports, and documentation.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial planning software, and CRM systems.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrated ethical behavior, integrity, and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with financial regulations, such as SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) rules and regulations.
