ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include:
  • Setting up and restocking the bar throughout the shift.
  • Assist bartenders and managers with operational tasks.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading and taking in deliveries.
  • Maintain clean and safe work area in accordance with health department standards areas at all times and will work with a clean as you go policy.
  • Accurately follow the outlined dress code and will appear neat and clean (uniform and personal hygiene).
  • Perform all functions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as established policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Able to lift and carry a minimum of 35 pounds and work standing on feet, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling and squatting for several hours.
  • Responsible for accurately clocking in and out for each shift.
  • Must successfully complete the Responsible Vendor and ServSafe Certifications.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma/ GED or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Barbacks: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
