Position Summary:
This position is responsible to plan, design, implement and maintain current and future global digital initiatives that enables Bimbo QSR strategic priorities and business needs. There are two main responsibilities critical to this role:
- Managing the Digital Initiatives across Bimbo QSR
- Execute projects and priorities for Digital Readiness
This position executes the digital transformation programs for the organization and ensures the successful implementations of various technical solutions. Work on the sustainability of existing technical solutions and identifies opportunities for continual improvement. Identifies and generate the KPIs/metric on the implemented technical solutions. Collaborate with business partners to understand their business need and translate in technical requirement.
Digital and Information Technology - Responsible for managing and executing IT initiatives.
- Own the short-term roadmaps, execution of the IT initiatives and deliveries.
- Manage priorities for digital readiness and implementation milestones.
- Evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects; investigating user needs; writing, testing and maintaining programs; planning, developing and implementing applications; and preparing systems documentation and training.
- Development, programming, and configuration of organization-specific end user applications, systems software, databases or websites.
- Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
- Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
- Preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance and development of the system.
- Identifying the key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting the organization's ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with business partners to generate KPIs/Metrics.
- Evaluating total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT alternatives.
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of programs/projects while ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives.
- Assess performance and alignment of initiatives to goals and changing market dynamics.
- Engage with different teams to share and gather best practices.
- Understanding how to engage different stakeholders in setting goals and strategy. Plans targeted stakeholder communications.
- Maintaining corresponding roadmaps considering internal and external best practices and benchmarks, process design, change management and KPIs required to optimize business value.
- Supporting leaders in digital initiative business case development and drive value creation after implementation.
- Coordination of regional and global initiatives in order to achieve consistency and standardization.
- Training internal teams to use digital technologies and to ensure brand consistency.

- Customer Orientation. Understands the needs of the internal or external customer and uses this knowledge to build solutions and to innovate products and services.

- Bachelor's degree required in various technical functional fields of IT, engineering or related fields.
- An MS is desirable.
- 1-3 years' experience in IT.
- 1 years' experience in digital solutions.
- Experience on multiple product development and deployment initiatives in a matrix organization.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Superior work ethic, flexibility, time management and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high accountability.
- Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Ability to travel 15 %
Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
This position requires the understanding of IoT, Reporting, Data analytics, Automation, Integration platform, AI, and ML.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Azure platform, Salesforce, Power BI and SAP.
