Prévision et Budget • Participer aux activités de budget et de prévisionnel. • Collaborer avec FP&A Analyst spécialisé(e) en prévision et budgétisation pour superviser la planification budgétaire, le chargement de notre outil de planification et les processus de prévision dans toute l'organisation. • Soutenir le FP&A Analyst spécialisé(e) en prévision et budgétisation dans la mise à jour des hypothèses de planification, leur réconciliation tout en veillant à l'alignement avec les directives du Groupe, de la Division et de la BU. • Participer à la réconciliation des flux inter-compagnies lors des processus budgétaire et prévisionnel.

Reporting Financier • En support du FP&A Manager Responsable de la Planification et du Reporting Financier, contribuer à l'élaboration des reporting mensuels selon les normes IFRS, en veillant à l'exactitude, l'intégrité et la cohérence des données. • Réaliser des analyses mensuelles, en particulier les dépenses opérationnelles (OPEX), les effectifs, les coûts du personnel et les investissements (CAPEX). • Collaborer avec différents départements pour recueillir et analyser les données financières. • Contribuer à divers projets visant à améliorer l'efficacité des processus métier, à rédiger des méthodologies et à harmoniser les solutions/processus. • Préparer des analyses et des rapports financiers ad-hoc selon les besoins.

Gestion des Données Financières • Aider à gérer et mettre à jour les données financières au niveau FP&A, comprenant notamment la structure analytique des centres de coûts et du plan de compte, les bases de données de suivi des effectifs et des investissements (CAPEX). • Contribuer à la structuration et à la maintenance des données financières en fournissant les analyses nécessaires pour les mises à jour et la mise en œuvre des outils. • Soutenir l'équipe FP&A dans ses projets d'implémentation d'un outil type BI et Planification. Comprenant notamment la structuration et l'automatisation des données financières reportées.
