Position: Rental Sales RepresentativeJob Summary: As a Rental Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with existing and potential customers in your assigned territory. You will actively promote and facilitate the rental and sales of both new and rental equipment. This role entails equipment demonstrations and providing necessary training when required.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers in your territory, offering exceptional service and understanding their needs.Equipment Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction processes and equipment to assist customers effectively.Sales and Rentals: Promote the rental and sale of equipment, meeting or exceeding established revenue targets.Technical Training: Provide training as necessary to ensure customers can operate equipment safely and efficiently.Document Management: Accurately and punctually submit all necessary documents and reports.Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in all departments at Stowers Machinery to ensure a seamless customer experience.Customer Growth: Contribute to the growth of the customer base and rental revenue, aligning with company objectives.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales budgets for both new and used equipment.Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to company safety rules at all times to ensure a secure work environment.Customer Metrics: Meet or exceed key customer metrics, including the Contact Quality Index, Customer Retention, and Customer Loyalty Satisfaction.Operational Efficiency: Achieve operational metrics assigned to support dealership goals.CRM Utilization: Effectively use Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and customer interactions.Qualifications:A college degree is preferred, or 3-5 years of sales experience in a related industry.Basic computer skills are required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Strong knowledge of construction processes and equipment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Participation in local construction organization meetings.Willingness to assist credit personnel with collections as needed.This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the equipment sales industry.
