Description:

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
  • Preferably one year of experience in a credit-based call center environment.
  • Availability for a 10:30 am -7:00 pm shift and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexibility to navigate an ever-changing work landscape, including process adjustments and shift rotations.
  • A proactive approach with a well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills across various platforms, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
