As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving stock/shipments, administering daily tasks, and ensuring product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores. Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience. Is approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. Initiative: Identify opportunities and issues, follow through on work activities, and learn quickly to take positive action without being asked. Organizational Skills: Manage priorities, multitask, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment; protect assets and people by following protocols and guidelines. Technology Skills: Navigate and learn new technology and retail systems, equipment, and computer programs needed to fulfill communication, customer service, and business needs.
