Our contemporary all-suite hotel, open since 2019, sits in the heart of gorgeous Kapolei with easy access to dining and shopping. We are located just a short drive away from Oahu's cultural attractions, beautiful beaches, and thrilling hiking trails.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Front Desk Attendant, your top priority is delivering exceptional customer service to hotel guests. You register guests, assign rooms, and make sure special requests are met for a delightful stay. Efficient check-ins and check-outs are a must, and you inform guests about all our services and accommodations.

Following cash handling and check policies is crucial. Keeping the front desk clean and welcoming is part of the deal. You also handle guest complaints with a smile and ensure billing accuracy. Plus, you might assist with the market, stocking, purchases, and inventory. Friendly service is your forte

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, as well as pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
  • Some exposure to cleaning chemicals

Computer skills are a plus.
