AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to serve the needs of greater Central Florida. AHMG Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is seeking a partner to help serve the Central Florida Division.
The position calls for general plastic surgery including breast reconstruction with an opportunity to grow a cosmetic component to his/her practice. The surgeon will join a group of four plastic surgeons well established in AdventHealth and the community. A strategy for the new hire has been created around current growth ensuring a detailed plan for a new hire to hit the ground running on day one.
A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth. The group stresses quality, community, communication, and a progressive approach to the field of Plastic Surgery. The ideal candidate will be excited to join a group of individuals who stress the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.
Candidates must be board certified or eligible in the ABPS.

This is an employment opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group, a 900+ physician, multi-specialty organization. AdventHealth Medical Group offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package that includes occurrence-based malpractice coverage, health insurance for the physician and his/her family, relocation expenses, paid leave days, a generous 403b retirement plan, CME days and a CME allowance.
