HRIS Analyst

Jerry's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst with expertise in Workday to join our team. In this role, the HRIS Analyst will collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to ensure the functionality, configuration, and reporting needs are met. Reports To:

Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work required Jerry's work perks: Health / Vision / Dental Insurance Paid Time Off 401K + match Store Discount Hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote and 3 days in office Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or technology related field Strong working knowledge of human resources, payroll, benefits, compliance, compensation, and HR technology Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills Strong process improvement skills Proven partnering skills Key Responsibilities: Ensure Workday application is fully utilized and troubleshoot any issues Test and support roll-out of new Workday functionalities Develop reporting and analytical solutions for the business Assist in integration maintenance and troubleshooting Conduct ongoing audits to ensure data integrity Our ideal candidate: Experience with Workday and/or UKG Dimensions is preferred Knowledgeable of HR systems including core HR, benefits, recruiting, scheduling, and timekeeping HRIS implementation and administration experience is a plus Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation GROW with Jerry's Gain new lifelong skills in customer service Enjoy a rewarding work environment with a diverse group of coworkers Experience opportunities for career advancement Maintain a flexible work schedule
