Job Summary:

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening, ensuring a comfortable and inviting space for guests returning from their daily activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills who takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and refresh a set number of occupied guest rooms during each shift.
  • Replace used towels and amenities with fresh ones.
  • Coordinate room service tray and dish pick-up.
  • Adjust lighting and temperature, and provide ice and fresh water.
  • Replenish guest room supplies like shampoo, lotion, and stationery.
  • Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests.
  • Provide additional housekeeping services in the evening, such as refreshing towels and amenities, cleaning the bathroom, emptying trash, and remaking beds as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Legal work authorization in the United States required.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Familiarity with using mobile devices or similar technology for work purposes is a plus.
