Job Summary:
The Turndown Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening, ensuring a comfortable and inviting space for guests returning from their daily activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills who takes pride in providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and refresh a set number of occupied guest rooms during each shift.
- Replace used towels and amenities with fresh ones.
- Coordinate room service tray and dish pick-up.
- Adjust lighting and temperature, and provide ice and fresh water.
- Replenish guest room supplies like shampoo, lotion, and stationery.
- Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests.
- Provide additional housekeeping services in the evening, such as refreshing towels and amenities, cleaning the bathroom, emptying trash, and remaking beds as needed.
- Legal work authorization in the United States required.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Familiarity with using mobile devices or similar technology for work purposes is a plus.
