You Will:

As an analytics professional, you're excited at the prospect of unlocking the secrets held by a data set, and you're fascinated by the possibilities presented by IoT, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. We're looking for someone like you to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects through your experience with modeling and simulations (M&S) in support of cyber operations. You will be focused on facilitating wargaming efforts, shaping force structure requirements, and supporting operational planning. As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our Strategic Innovation team, you'll learn and apply innovative M&S methodologies to make a real-world impact on how our cyber forces man, train, and equip for the future. You'll grow your skills in data science, AI, machine learning, operationalization, predictive modeling, and more. We'll keep you sharp and moving forward in your career, with access to online courses, the latest tools, and resources to support best practices. You Have:

5+ years of experience in the direct application of M&S work

Experience in statistical and general-purpose programming languages for M&S and data analysis, such as Python and

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of developing predictive data models

Knowledge of simulation software, such as MATLAB, or specialized cybersecurity simulation tools necessary for developing realistic threat scenarios

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor's degree

IA-T2 Certification, such as CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, or SSCP

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with M&S in support of military applications, including the use of tools, such as AFSIM

Knowledge of defense or intelligence data sources and analytic tools

Knowledge of cyber operations, cyber force structure, cyber threats, or cyber wargaming

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat vectors, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms, for analyzing cyber threats

Knowledge of AI/ML tools and techniques

Ability to work both work collaboratively and independently

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
