Location - San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

  • Good knowledge of working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
  • Ability to create comprehensive design documents
  • Knowledge of Unit testing and build tools
  • Good understanding of DevOps concepts and processes
  • Team leading and mentoring of senior developers
  • Clear communication skill and communicate ideas in both technical and business terms
  • Hands on application development with Microservices

Other "Nice to have" skills / experience:
  • Retail domain experience is added advantage
  • Familiar with building cloud-native applications
  • Experience in advance Java script frameworks such as Angular, React etc.

Details of duties to be performed:
  • Ownership of overall delivery quality
  • Web application development, process design, and project delivery practices
  • Technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and application performance
  • Well organized, adhere to timelines, accurate and have the passion to deliver technical excellence.
  • Designing and building prototypes to demonstrate ideas.
  • Assist team in handling ongoing tasks as required.
  • Monitor task status/progress /conducts reviews with the junior developers
  • Resolve functional, and execution-related issues
  • Ensures adherence to the technical solution and best practices specific to the technology
  • Mentor new joiners and developer on technology related aspects
  • Coordinate with onshore/offshore team
  • Peer review artifacts
  • Adhere to, and facilitate the project plan
  • Provide team leadership and ownership of assigned software elements
  • Documentation of high level and low-level designs
  • Analyses and understands the functional specifications /requirements
  • Estimate the effort involved
  • Design and document the system technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain code
  • Unit test the code and report results
  • Perform and participate in peer code reviews, provide solutions to coding issues/defects
  • Follow established coding standards for the technology/platform to provide efficient and maintainable code
  • Support systems testing and code correction as necessary
  • Ensure that all processes are followed specific to the role / project
  • Communicate with client representatives, performing demos, providing status updates and walkthroughs of technical issues
  • Supports and ensures proper facilitation and execution of product delivery practices and methodologies, helping the team accelerate their development and optimize their throughput
  • Work closely within the software engineering and delivery practice
