Job Description Job Description Palmer Group has an excellent role for candidates looking for a fully remote position in Property Preservation. Our client has multiple contract-to-hire opportunities as a Preservation Coordinator and is looking for candidates with one to two years of experience in a professional office environment. These positions would offer the opportunity to work remotely as long as you have primary residency in either Iowa or Texas. Apply todayCandidates are required to live in either Iowa or Texas.Responsibilities:Handle work orders on properties in accordance with an investor, customer, and local requirementsReview submitted estimatesProcess property preservation completions and estimate synopsis of all work completed for the property to the clientAssign photos from work completed and estimates receivedDocument all actions taken on property preservation completions and estimatesRequirements:High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of professional experienceIntermediate to advanced MS Office skillsExpert math and analytical skillsExperience in residential construction is preferredWork Model:RemoteMonday - Friday7:30 AM - 4:00 PMCompany Description Palmer Group is a premier employment agency.
