Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, with expertise in utilizing various software tools and managing commercial projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis

- Utilize project management software such as RedTeam, and Microsoft Project.

- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications

- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

- Manage change orders and resolve project issues promptly

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong background in commercial project management

- Proficiency in construction estimating and budgeting

- Experience with Project Management software such as RedTeam, Prolog, Primavera, or ProCore software

- Knowledge of construction management processes and procedures

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
