Summary The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) serves as the Army's technology leader for armament systems. DEVCOM AC ensures dominance of Army capabilities by researching, developing, integrating and delivering technology-enabled armament solutions to our Warfighters. Armaments Center has a long tradition as the primary research and development center for new and existing armament systems which are in use by U.S. service members around the world. Responsibilities Provide technical guidance to Center supply and accountability operations. Execute sustainment and accountability logistics system integration, management and support. Make decisions on issues that arise executing of projects to resolve especially complex and precedent-setting problems. Responsible for the administration and maintenance of Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) and related automated systems and operations. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Experience performing the duties of an organization's Property Book Officer. 2)Experience utilizing an automated system for managing supply and property accountability 3) Experience performing inventories, investigations, and resolving issues related to property management. 4) Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
