Job Summary
The Financial Decision Support Analyst will help achieve financial and operational goals through preparation of operating and capital budgets and by analyzing business aspects of the organization (e.g., product costs, segment profitability, revenue enhancement, and opportunity cost/benefit analysis.) The incumbent shall exhibit a service attitude and enthusiasm for the diverse and challenging workload in Financial Services. It is expected that anyone in this position will look for new and innovative ways to prepare and present the information needed. It takes more than just formulating numbers. We must fully understand the end-use of what we prepare. By thoughtfully considering the needs of our "internal" as well as our "external" customers, we will be able to anticipate what is required and improve our reports to enhance decision-making. If successful, we add value to everything that we produce and create an environment that encourages teamwork.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, in Accounting, Business or a related field. A candidate with a non-related major with three (3) years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills.
  • Must have personal integrity, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with other personnel to accomplish the goals of the Finance division.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting standards
  • Prepared to learn ERP System independently within the first two months of employment to fully accommodate the work assignment.
  • Excellent knowledge of presentation design techniques to prepare internal and external visual documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years' experience in accounting/Financial Analyst functions.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Workday ERP System Financial Module.
  • Open to Remote candidates.
