Salary and Benefits * Competitive pay range of $225,000 - $290,000 * Sign-on Bonus * Health Insurance Employer covers 95% * Dental and Vision Insurance Available * Retirement Package 403(b) with 3% Match * Eligibility for the State Loan Forgiveness Program and the HRSA Loan Repayment Program * 13 Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off 13 Vacation Days, 12 Sick Days * CME - Time off and allowance * All licenses are paid for every year * Long-term and short-term disability * Life Insurance one time of annual salary up to 100k * Fitness Reimbursement: Employees who use the gym / attend fitness classes 8 times per month are eligible for $25 reimbursement per month. * Additional Supplemental Benefits: Discounted employee-paid benefits include additional Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Confinement Insurance, Pet Insurance, and Headspace App. Responsibilities * Monday through Friday, seeing an average of 16-20 patients per day. * Prefer bilingual, but it's not required. * EMR system is EPIC * Willing to assume primary care role for a full patient panel Requirements * A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Primary Care Physician * Will take a new grad with a residency in Primary Care * Primary Care Experience Required * Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree. * Knowledge of the principles and practices of pediatrics. * Active, unrestricted professional license to practice medicine in the state of California * Active, Unrestricted DEA license. * BLS certification preferred.
