Job Description & Requirements Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $97.00 - $105.00 This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Annual volume: 20,000 Shift times: 10-hour shifts, 11a-9p Back up specialties available: laboratory services, radiology, computed tomography scans, magnetic resonance imaging, X-ray imaging, pathology services, a 24/7 operating room, orthopedic services, obstetric care, general surgery, neurology, urology, and a blood bank certified by the Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications required: Board Certified, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS) Michigan License Facility Location The city of Mount Pleasant is home to the main campus of Central Michigan University. Within this city there is a dynamic skate park and the Access Adventure Trail, as well as many appetizing restaurants. In 1928 a farm struck oil and large quantities of the balck stuff were discovered in Mt. Pleasant.
