**Service Delivery Expert - LEAP Analytics**

As Service Delivery Expert for LEAP Analytics you will play a key role to build and evolve the Data & Analytics capabilities that will complement Novartis' Patient Services platform. You will work with highly committed and high-performing teammates to deliver a best-in-class solution leveraging cutting-edge technologies in the area of Big Data, Visualization, and Insights, Advanced Analytics.
Manage the E2E delivery of analytics solutions in alignment with design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, and security, and business requirements
Directly interact with IT and Business leadership to ensure proper coordination on program objectives, priorities, timelines, and financials
Act as a servant leader to remove impediments for the LEAP Analytics team to operate in Novartis environment and ensure proper resourcing is assigned to the team (people, tools, processes)
Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost, and quality constraints following the release calendars.
Ensure that products delivered adhere to the strategic roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of solutions.
Achieve the right balance between standardization and reuse Vs Innovation when implementing any new feature or capability.
Support scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams

Minimum requirements
Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of work experience in Delivery of Data and Analytics IT solution
Proven results delivering Big Data solutions for large organizations, applying AGILE methodology (SCRUM)
Experience in the Pharma Domain, preferably Commercial/Patient Solution Services
Sound technical experience with Data & Analytics technologies such as Apache Spark (Databricks preferred), Cloud DWH (SnowFlake or equivalent), AWS Cloud solutions (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECR/ECS, EKS...)
Experience with DevSecOps ways of working and related tools
