Job Description:

5+ years of hands-on experience as an AIX Engineer, working with various versions of AIX, including AIX 7.1 and AIX 7.2.

In-depth knowledge of VIO (Virtual I/O Server) and its configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

Extensive experience and expertise in AIX administration, VIO (Virtual I/O Server), LPAR (Logical Partitioning) migration for p7 and p8 systems

Proficient in LPAR (Logical Partitioning) migration for p7 and p8 systems, including planning, implementation, and post-migration validation.

Strong expertise in AIX system installation, configuration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bonus: Proficiency in the integration of Veritas NetBackup and Infinidat storage arrays.
