Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in OT Exstream & Exstream CN and strong understanding of other CCM solutions.
• Design solution for OT Command Center, Content Author, OTDS, TeamSite, LiveSite and Empower.
• 3+ Experience in Java/java script
• Must have experience working with XML, CSV, JSON data files.
• Experience handling Section data, data mapping.
• Must have good hands-on experience on template development, gathering requirements for business, applying logic and writing rules and formulas
• Experience with AFP, PDF, XML, PS
• Basic understanding of Operating System (AWS, Linux, Client Unix/ IBM AIX, Windows)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years of Experience in ITIL framework and processes incident, problem and change management.
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Configure, Maintain and Support CMOD reports processing.
• Experience troubleshooting CMOD issues related to indexing, ingestion, retrieval etc.
• Other scripting or programming language experience (Awk, Shell, Python)
• Experience in AWS cloud services EC2, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL
• Experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors.
• Mainframe experience
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance, familiar with terminology, concepts and business processes and systems
