What you will be doing: In this role you will serve as the technical lead of multiple software development teams, select the software development process in coordination with the customer and system engineering. You will be responsible for recommending new technologies and processes for complex software projects. You must ensure quality control of all developed and modified software, and delegate programming and testing responsibilities to one or more teams and monitor their performance. What you need:

• Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE and a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university

• 4 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

• 5 years of demonstrated ability to elicit user and system requirements and document requirements in a CONOPS document

• Demonstrated ability to plan and develop component Integration Test and document test in a formal test plan document

• 15 years of combined experience in C, C++, Assembly (Intel, Motorola, and/or PowerPC), Perl, Java, Python, C Shell, Bash, and SQL.

• Experience writing software to handle data flows in a compliant way

• Experience with industry specific security and compliance requirements

• Experience with ElasticSearch

• Knowledge of how to manage systems that store massive quantities of data

• Development experience
