Position Description:

The Senior Full Stack Software Developer will play a critical role in building, supporting, and maintaining the system and tools to support our platform. Also, will solve complex design problems, and serve as an integral part in our team from the front-end and back-end programming experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy software using C# and VB .NET, MS SQL, and Azure Serverless Architecture (Azure SQL, Azure Web Apps, Blob Storage).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and end users to design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
Liaising with the QA team to develop test plans.
Review code to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
Ensure the software development process follows the Agile/Scrum methodology.
Manage multiple projects and project teams and coordinate efforts and merges.
Train and mentor developers as the team expands.
Design and build client-side and server-side architecture, with a focus on appealing visual design, effective APIs, responsiveness, efficiency, security, and data protection.
Write technical documentation, contribute to system architecture and interface design, and support data governance strategy.
Apply and promote quality engineering practices and stay current with the latest web technologies.
Experience in designing and implementing automated testing strategies and frameworks for both front-end and back-end software systems.
Ability to write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
Familiarity with various testing methodologies, such as black-box testing, white-box testing, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in full stack software development.
Strong proficiency in C# and VB .NET, MS SQL, and Azure Serverless Architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with DevOps practices.
Experience with Project Management software (Jira).
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery).
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python/C#/VB.net) and backend frameworks (e.g. Flask, Django).
Server and cloud infrastructure management and for the relevant environments (Azure).
3+ years of JavaScript development experience (client-side and server-side).
Experience with UI/UX design is desired.
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL), web servers (e.g. Apache, IIS).
Experience in designing and integrating different API architectures (e.g. REST, gRPC).
