Customer Service Rep (Airline Parts & Repair) Location: Wichita, KS (67209) Job ID: #69355 Pay Range: $19-22 On-site work only Schedule: M-F, 7a-3:30p with some flexibility Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident Green Card holder Preferred Qualifications - SAP Software experience Preferred a Associates (AA/AS) degree AND a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience In the absence of a (AA/AS) degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required THE COMPANY - Work with one of the World's Largest American Owned Aerospace and Technology companies. SUMMARY This position works directly with Airlines, Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities, & Brokers, providing support for their parts in the need of repair. If youre an energetic, self-starter interested in paving a career in a dynamic environment, apply now PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management: logistics, contract management, and customer relations Effectively manage a large amount of written communication and data while complying with internal and external process. Process Customer Repair orders and Quotes in accordance with Standard Work procedures, and when required, redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel. Coordinate and create documentation of Receipt and Repair of Equipment necessary to comply with federal policies and current procedures. Utilize enterprise system (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data. Assists in interface with intra-company departments relative to warranty, credit, billing, etc. Maintain knowledge of Company's organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality. Position can require consistent movement. Tasks can include boxing and unboxing (up to 15 lbs). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred a Associates (AA/AS) degree AND a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR In the absence of a (AA/AS) degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder Previous experience working in a customer-facing role Able to communicate professionally and effectively, both in writing and verbally to internal and external customers Strong Email and MS office software skills Pass a drug test Pass a nat'l background check PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SAP Software experience Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
