- Review and analyze Employee Compliance cases to identify root causes of non-compliance.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather facts and evidence to support findings.
- Determine appropriate corrective actions to bring employees back into compliance.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans, including training and coaching for employees.
- Track and monitor employee progress towards compliance.
- Identify trends and patterns of non-compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, management, and other departments to resolve compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of compliance cases, including case files, incident reports, and metrics.
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
