Job Summary

The Budget Analyst at Colton-Redlands-Yucaipa Regional Occupational Program is tasked with developing and managing the organization's budgets and financial operations in line with the district's goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing staffing allocations, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and managing complex accounting tasks. The analyst also plays a crucial role in facilitating organizational and governmental reporting, monitoring expenditures, providing detailed financial forecasts, and providing support to the Chief Business Official with confidential projects. Additionally, the position involves liaising between departments, external agencies, and the public.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field and 3 years of technical experience performing two or more of the following is required: Financial or budget analysis, accounting operations, program accounting, or processing of payroll in a school district or county operation. An Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years of experience in Accounting, Budgeting, or Payroll in a school district or county operation may be counted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
