The Business Analyst will be working with motivated teams on highly visible and valuable business facing planning, allocation, and digital software. This position requires an excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills in order to collaborate with business users, technology teams and leadership in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Meet with business partners regularly to understand and document their needs Determine IT solutions for business needs Translates high level requirements into detailed level requirements (user stories) to be consumed by third party development teams for scoping Work with business partners to set priorities and communicate timing for solutions to be implemented Document current and future state process maps/data architect maps to ensure business and IT are aligned on design and any gaps Analyze/test data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives and delivering the most business value Create acceptance criteria that is clear, concise and actionable Build and maintain reporting that supports business operations and KPI tracking Build and maintain reporting that supports IT system integration accuracy and integrity Assist in analyzing root causes of discrepancies across systems Manage routine system maintenance practices as well as new user onboarding Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in data analysis - a focus in retail is preferred. Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, (SQL & Excel required) – Looker BI, SCI, and power Bi preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
