**Description**

Mark Anthony Brewery is hiring for an **MRO Buyer** that will ensure continued operation and maintenance of all company equipment by ensuring adequate stock of parts/equipment necessary. The MRO Buyer will maintain plant and building assets as necessary to permit high rates of efficiency. To keep adequate supply of critical spare parts, tools, janitorial and cleaning supplies.

Acts as liaison with Accounts Payable and resolves all invoice/payment issues on the Indirect Purchasing side. Creates and routes for approval Vendor Maintenance form as required to create/add/change supplier profile information. Monitors and verifies adherence to all quality policies as it relates to new parts/tools.

****As an MRO Buyer, your responsibilities will include:****

* Contract negotiation, pricing, ordering, and expediting of parts and equipment done daily

* Work with production team, leaders, supervisors, maintenance, and management to ensure maximum production efficiencies though data analytics, working with the Reliability Engineer, and driving cost saving measures.

* Develop, implement, and maintain min/max levels of spare parts and general use items

* Lead the development/recommendations for min/max levels of on-hand spares. Adjust levels as necessary to support the operations considering availability, sourcing, logistics and costs.

* Identify and recommend the best pricing, service, delivery and quality for tooling, spares, and equipment to be ordered

* Inquire/source new vendors with competitive pricing driving positive ROI

* Work with National Account Representatives

* Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and reports as required

* Maintaining data accuracy within CMMS

* Monthly spends data

* Monthly inventory reporting working in collaboration w/Maintenance Inventory Clerk

* Address all mechanical, plant and parts issues

* Source/purchase parts at technicians request per guidelines

* Ensure all tooling, parts and / or equipment meet food safety/health & safety, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance through direct knowledge or working collaboratively with team members from the respective departments.

* CMMS Administrator/Liaison

* Enable/disable user Ids

* Add/Remove and change user rights

* Assist in training the maintenance on CMMS (parts search & work orders etc.)

* Ensure parts information is up to date and accurate

* Manage all Sales/Vendor personnel

* Meet with Sales Personnel to discuss pricing, delivery and other issues

* Meet with Vendors/Contractors to explain problem/situation and escort to area within the facility

* Call other Countries/Customs to order parts and release packages

* Provide input to leadership on plant issues

* Analyze spend ytd, budget attainment and variance to budget.

* Develop and implement innovative solutions driving continuous improvement within department/facility/business.

* Create, implement and train others on SOPs

* Train team members

* Collaborate and share best practices with team to include Maintenance Inventory Clerk

* Ensure coverage has been identified and trained

* Order supplies and chemicals requested by plant team members

* Janitorial Supplies

* Cleaning Supplies

* Tools for Production and Maintenance

****Qualified Candidates will have:****

* 5+ years of proven experience within a manufacturing/maintenance environment preferably in the food and beverage industry.

* Bachelors degree in business management and/or engineering required or equivalent combination of experience/education

****The MRO Buyer position is well-suited for you if you possess:****

* Experienced user of: Windows, Microsoft Office to include Excel and Access, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and Teams to create, update and modify spreadsheets, CMMS (Infor would be a plus).

* Mathematic skills (knowledge of calculations/formulas in order to create spreadsheets for cost savings, able to count large numbers of parts accurately and ability to match invoices with receivers for reconciliation).

* Attention to detail, consistency, good organizational skills the ability to multi-task.

* Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Familiarity with Manufacturer part numbering systems and catalogs

* Understanding of industrial standards and material types (i.e., thread sizes, rubber, plastic and metal types etc.)

* Clean driving record (may drive company vehicle for parts pick up for urgent needs).

* High level of confidentiality required.

* Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. to shelf height

* Must be able to drive forklift/pallet truck if needed
